Caribou Assembly is a Church with a rich history, and a promised future. The people of Caribou Assembly have been worshipping here and ministering the powerful name of Jesus to the people of Caribou and its surrounding communities for 90 years. Even though we have a rich history, we haven't grown out of touch with the needs of the people here today. We still believe that we have to be a people who are active and present in this world today in order to be relevant to our present society.
This is why we have recently
adopted a missions statement
that can be summed up in three words:
LIFE | LOVE | LEGACY!
Our ambition is to be a Church that:
-Finds real LIFE in Christ through Worship, Prayer and the Word!
-Experiences the LOVE of Christ through Discipleship and Fellowship!
-Leaves a LEGACY of faithfulness in Christ through Ministry and Outreach!
This is something that Caribou Assembly has been doing for years,
and will continue to do until the Lord's return!
And that is exactly why we have embarked upon a building campaign two years ago. Because of the growing needs in our community, as well as the lack of space for teaching and kids ministries, we have commited to building additional space to facilitate the growing ministries of Caribou Assembly. The theme for our project is, "Building To Touch Lives!" Something that is an ever present need, which we will not give up on.
